how do you make iframes clickable?

im making a website and i have the iframes set up only i when i click a link on the side i want it to open in the middle frame and i dont know how to link it do that. anybody know what im talking about or how to help me?

first, you have to give the iframe an id. You should then be able to use that id in the target="" for the tag.

If not you can use javascript to change the href of the iframe.
