I think you want to know how to make a website! If that is so... there are several options.
You can create a free personal website using Geocities.
or
You can create a professional looking website (www.something.com)
For this you will need to register a domain like www.yourname.com (or whatever you want)
Then you need to get webhosting.
All of these services cost money. Domain registration is once a year and webhosting is monthly thing.
