i odn't know how big of file were talking.. most e-mail services (including yahoo) won't let you send stuff bigger than 10mb. You can use www.yousendit.com if its under 1gb (or break it up into 1gb files). Dont' know how secure their free service is though, if thats an issue. Otherwise, you can host with an ftp server off your computer.
