when given a math problem, i take a little whle to figure it out. but the calculator knows in a flash! How? are there tiny little men hiding in it, who are really good at maths or something? its simply ludicrous!

is it possible to upload my own mp3s to play on my page. sometimes a song i want to be on my page is not on the myspace music page. i dont want videos just music. but i want to know if i can find a player or site that i can put my own music on to play on my page. thanks for your help.

I can't find the hyphen on my keyboard. I know there's the small hyphen, -, but not the long one that looks like --. I tried all the alts, but still couldn't find it. Do I need to download a different font? I don't know... Help?

if I resend something from an e-mail to another e-mail address, all that shows is the wording, and a box with an x in the cornor. What happened, and how do I fix it?

When I sign in to XP my user name is already visible. All I have to do is type in my password. When I sign off it asks me, "log off (name)?" This is fine and all but I want to change my user name to something else. I can change it in, "user accounts" in control panel, however, if I do that and reboot, the name still remains the same as it was prior to me changing it. It defaults to the old name. Same goes for logging off. It doesn't actually CHANGE the name. HOWEVER......if I literally erase my old sign on name, and replace it with the name i just created, and type in the password I gave it........it accepts it. But why does it not actually APPEAR in the dialog box upon startup and why doesn't it actually APPEAR in the drop down box when I choose to, "log off."?? Why does it STILL show the OLD name??? Do I have to create a whole new account under my desired name and just delete the old one?

I have this really stressful job. I want to quit, but can't do so very easily. It's a very fast paced, and requires skills way above my head. It is working with computers and internet support lines for helping people with problems. You have to be one of those major computer people that knows everything about them. I do not have this knowledge, and I am in such a way becuase I have to get help with every caller. I even made this company lose some customers because of my ignorance! The only reason I was hired is becuase I have a relative that works here, and so I definately do not meet the requirements. Should I call back later (becuase I can not take it any longer) and lie to get out of this job? I can not stand it. I feel like punching my fist through this monitor. What should I do and still seem polite?

Mac has this application called iCal. The icon reads "July 17." Of course, this seems like a super-random date, but on July 17, 2007, there is a plan to "fire the grid" with healing energy to heal the planet (go to www.firethegrid.com). Why did Apple choose this date for their icon? Is there some relation between these two? LOL?
