my cousin has a laptop computer , when she first got it she bought a belkin notebook card to plug in the side of the computer , when she did that she went to internet explorer and had internet , that was back in july now just last month her internet just stop working she can't get on when she trys a blank white screen comes up it shows all the tool bars but it won't let her go to anything, so she called the belkin card and they said that they don't provide the internet they just are a router , they said that she has to contact her isp , but she never had an isp she just got the internet when she put in the belkin card , so if belkin didn't give her the internet and she never had an isp then where did her internet come from and why don't she have it anymore???????

How can I download a video found on the internet, mainly from sites like dailymotion.com or google video, etc.
I'd like to be able to download them to my computer, also I'd like to know how to later transfer those files and make them watchable on a DVD. Straight insert into any regular dvd player and be watchable.

I just moved to a new house, and signed up for satellite TV (which I love so I'm not going back to cable), and I only plan on using my cell for phone.

Windows 2003 has a Speech tool that takes what you say and converts it to text. I want to be able to dictate but I have 2000 and can't get 2003. Are there any free speech to text programs that I can download online? Preferably not a limited time trial, please.

OK, so here is the situation:

My win xp went crazy (an unfixable login loop; blazefind solution did not work) so i decided to reinstall winxp. i didnt want to lose all my stuff, so i just installed the new xp in a different folder (i called it WINDOWS2), this new xp works just fine. when i tried to repair the broken winxp, it got an error during installation, so now i have a working winxp and one that just wont install.

in the broken windows, i had a user account (my main account) with password protection, it does not share files with other accounts; that is the problem. i am unable to open my main user account in documents and settings (called ED), it says

"C:\documents and settings\ED is not accessible, access denied".

some programs are only allowed to be ran through that folder, so i would have to reinstall AIM for it to work even though i have it already.

how could i get passed this? is there another way to save the files i need?

Have tried to call Earthlink. On hold for 17 mins before I gave up. Tried to email AT&T/Yahoo - no good, won't let you get anywhere without a landline phone number which I don't have. Verizon is similar. Am moving to a new address in California/Orange County and it is impossible to contact any of the three without having a) landline phone number or b) already living at an address, or both. Don't have time to call and be on hold forever, either. I don't need a phone landline and I don't watch TV.

...no matter where I place them...toolbars locked or locked...it makes no difference they eventually find themselves in a one line per toolbar configuration and it uses up too much of my screen space.
