how do I improve the quality of the sound on my yahoo voice in and voice out phone? I have cable internet, but sometimes it is choppy sounding...are there settings on my computer I can change to make it work better?

I've been receiving emails, mostly from the UK, stating that I had won their lottery! Yeah! Right! Three days ago I received one from Coca Cola and the British-American Tobacco Co. in London, England and this morning stating that they're Microsoft. Yeah! Right! However, when these try to con a con, wanna be gangsters, use a name like Coca Cola and Microsoft, I believe they should be made aware that their names are being used for illegal activities. My email will not forward the messages to Coca Cola or Microsoft without the @ part added to it. Or I just don't know how to do it. Please Help!

I am going to be purchasing MLB.TV , where you can watch the games on the internet. MLB.TV regular has 400 K video speed and MLB.TV Premium has up to 700 K video speed. I have a MAC OSX 10.4.8 with a 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo. I may want to hook up my computer to my 48 in. TV. So my question:

I run a website which has been up for a few years now. This means that the spam-bots have had plenty of time to find my email address, and I'm constantly being bombarded with ads for Viagra and the like.

What are the best (free) ways to reduce the amount of spam? It seems like requiring input of randomly generated text is a common way, but how can I set this up?
