If you use IE. Right click at toolbar menu button (anyone), popup menu appears. Then select "Address Bar".

or select menu View -> Toolbar -> Address bar

click on view > toolbars > unlock toolbars.

now drag the toolbars down with your mouse until the addressbar appears. then relock the toolbars again

if you can't do it you can type in addresses without it. press ctrl+o and when the box appears type inb the url. this works great in the full screen mode to. to get fullscreen in ie press F11. press it again to make it go away

On your menu, go to View->Toolbars and select to enable the missing toolbar. It isn't gone, just disabled.
