If it is possible, how would i go about doing this? please walk me through this step by step.
i'm not trying to spam or anything, i am trying to get opinions about the persuasiveness of it.

You can't upload a file to Yahoo Answers itself, because Answers doesn't host files. You can, however, upload the file to Yahoo Briefcase (linked below) and link to it from your Yahoo Answers question.
Only thing you have to remember to do is make the folder that you create to store the PowerPoint public so it can be accessed by other people.

No sorry, now files or attachments can be uploaded and added to a yahoo Answe, but you can upload it to your yahoo briefcase and then put the link in your question so others can view it and then give you your answer.

Nope. Not unless you upload it to a free hosting site like RapidShare and then paste the link into Yahoo! Answers.

Anytime I post big files or something that can't display properly on Yahoo answers, I just upload it then give the link to the people viewing the q or answer. http://freefilesaver.com You have to zip your file on here though.
