It's not the internet denying access, it's the website.
Either something went wrong with the page you are tryin to access or you need to enter some sort of username/password to see it.

What part of "You are not authorized.." don't you understand? What it means is that you are not allowed. It is forbidden, verboten, not allowed. Maybe you should try something else like, reading a book. reading a book to someone who can't read. Going to a go go bar. getting off the puter and doing something useful.

are you the administrator on the computer you're using? are you using from work/school? sometimes computer administrators block off certain sites or search criteria from being viewed. if you are the administrator, go into your IE's preferences and check the security settings. Maybe try setting them back to default.
