How do you do it? please help

If you are going to build a site for business purposes, make sure to get your own domain name. Its cheaper than you think. Here is a guide to getting started: http://www.richkahmer.com/build-a-website.html

Pick up a copy of Dreamweaver to create the site.

Once you get your site up you need to build inbound links.
Most of the directories online charge a one time fee to review your site and add it to their index. Here are three of my favorites:

The more inbound links to your site, the better you will rank
with Yahoo / Google / MSN.

Holy cow that's a big question. I'm guessing you want to do a "good" job with the design and not just knock out some HTML? Have you found a web service provider yet? Or are you going to manage your own server? As for the actual design bits, do you have any computer or art experience? You'll need a little of both...

Let's start with the basics: practice practice practice. As in: you'll need to try out various elements first and see what they look like so that you can get a feel for what works and what doesn't.

Another important hint: steal like crazy. By that I mean go to web sites you like, and use their ideas in your web site. If possible, lift the HTML they used (most browsers can show it to you).

I usually draw out the layout first using a drawing program. That helps me determine how I would actually technically create the page---for example if I need to break up a picture into a table. It also lets me move elements of the page easily.

Well you can buy a website or like yahoo they have somthing called geocities. If you just want to try to build a site yahoo will walk you through it. Just go to www.geocities.com I hope this helps.

if u wish pleasant that is utilized by gurus so it is going to be dreamwaver if u wish the simplest it is going to be the entrance web page if u r a dsigner running with photoshop and ur web site in a neighborhood community us photo in a position that is include ur photoshop to transform ur designs to html if u r a video or animator man so it is going to be flash

it is quite easy to design a web by web desinging programs or softwars,to get programs like these just go to www.downloads.com & serch for web designing software or search on google if you download a trail program go tp www.crack.com & write the full name of program & get its crack or sireal no.
