I have been using other POP3 e-mail providers, and it was awful. One suddenly stopped delivering e-mail, and showed zero messages, though people replied to mine; the other after a short use announced that my password as not correct (though it was correct 15 min ago), and the reset password page did not work; yet other did not allow you to log in after the registration; the other did not allow to send messages (some bug on their system).
Now I got gmail; is it ok, or will messages and password and things disappear with them as well?

I'm selling a few things on ebay, and I'm shocked (but happy) that people are willing to pay so much for a used item! In some cases the price they are bidding on my used items is more than if they bought the item brand new! Assuming the new item is also being shipped, the shipping shouldn't matter.

I'm happy that I can make money this way, but confused why people don't just order a new *whatever* instead of paying top dollar for a used *whatever*.

Does anyone know a site where you can play piano online (free!), using the computer keyboard (not just the mouse, or not the mouse), with at least 2 octaves, and if possible, with a decent sound? I have found this http://www.apronus.com/music/flashpiano.htm
but it doesn't work with the keyboard. I would really appreciate an answer (I am aware that there might simply be no such thing for free on the net).

I am using windows xp. The current image I have for my desktop background is a photo I retreived from a website while random surfing. I clicked on a photo whilst surfing the net & clicked on 'set as background'. The photo then automatically became my desktop background.
I'd now like to keep the photo in my My Pictures folder but don't know where it is located on my hard drive to copy it to there.
The current background photo is simply listed as 'internet explorer wallpaper' in the control panel listing for background. ie Control Panel/Display/Desktop/Background/Internet Explorer Wallpaper.

The question is .... Where is the file for the background photo located on my hard drive ........... & how do I find it .... & then save the file to My Pictures folder?

I've recently signed my band little blue lines onto MySpace. I set it up then can't log in. I've asked for my password but it's fine, I've followed all their requests for verification codes and nothing will let me in. Any ideas?

I use a wireless router and whenever this is switched on in order to use broadband, I am unable to use my phone. There is no dial tone. Incoming calls ring but I am unable to answer them unless I switch off the router. Any ideas what could be causing this? All phone extensions are connected to a filter and I have tried different filters, without success. I have a BT phone line/Virgin ISP. Any suggestions what to do? Many thanks.

There's a field for name, street address, city, state, zip, and country.

Also, this raises the question that if a site doesn't specifically accommodate to APO/FPO addresses does it mean they wont ship them to those locations.

Hi there, this has been annoying me for a while:
(1) sometimes the hyperlinks in an e-mail do not work from the review pane although they work once I have opened the message (mostly, I think)
(2) sometimes when I reply to a message it changes the paragraph spacing to Auto, which means lots of blank space between lines

I use HTML and I have reset all my Internet Explorer Settings (in Tools/Internet Options/Advanced), which was a real pain by the way because it disabled my Google toolbar.

Anyway why is this?

We could not launch with yahoo because the web side is to big as it containes lots of plant pictures.

is there a free program that will allow me to download video from google. I am trying to use one called Itube but even with the google plug in it is not working. it work ok with videos on Youtube. it dowload and convert in Mpeg ok. but i am having problem with google. thanks
