Well, you can typically only find them if you have the auto archive feature turned on. If you do, then the easiest way to find them is to recall a specific phrase of words that was said in the chat, and us Windows search to search for the exact phrase. Once you find one, note the folder that it resides in and then browse threw to find the rest.
