Internet - February 2007

I have aim and whenever I turn my computer on it pops up. I don't want it to do that because, it makes my computer slower whne i first start it. I don't want to uninstall it or anything! Thanks!

link a web address to a picture or text so when ppl click on it it will take them to another page? Like I see ppl write "BLOG....click here" in bulletins and it will take you to their blog if you click on it. how do i do that?

Have had real problems tonight with my computer.
I logged on as normal only to find that both my taskbar and my address bar had dissapeared.
Tried to download another address bar and it wouldn't work!!
Tried to do a system restore 3 times and they all failed!!
Finally managed to get both my taskbar and address bar back, but computer is running really slowly and will not upload some pages at all.
Have done a full system scan on both Norton and Lava adware and all seems to be okay there.
Can anyone help....please??

has anyone heard anything about the vista animated wallpapers,and is there any downloads avalible of some samples
i reckon the only problem will be memory usage,you will need around 2gb to have this running and be able to run applications

I am trying to create a website that will allow playing background music of my choice, while reading text. The company, Tip Top Website, has been less than very helpful as far as a solution, , but always at the ready to state a "could be this" type answer. The answer I have recently received is IE 7 will not allow (maybe) the user (me) to do this,(which they advertise you can). I'm really frustrated and at my wits end. How do I tell if I'm even using IE 7? I keep getting prompts to upgrade to it, so I assume I'm not not using it with my Windows XP SP2. I am using Using Yahoo as my browser. Is there a simple (or even not so simple),answer so I can create the Website I want? ANYBODY??? A new WEB Provide maybe? (Other than this fiasco I like the program they have...

I have tried this myself over a billion times! I'm getting so frustrated so I was hoping someone on here can help.
