How does it work?

I have tried this myself over a billion times! I'm getting so frustrated so I was hoping someone on here can help. Does anyone know how to put an image on top of their myspace or like a livejournal account? Something that you see the band pages have..I'm so over with trying to do it..never works!! Someone help please. :(

I'd assume use html.

Should do the trick, without the space in between background and the image, you need the quotes, though.
