Firefox is great and will cause you less problems with security issues than internet explorer.
Opera is great and will cause less security problems than internet explorer and it is faster and uses less memory.
Both are free.

Most people have gone over to firefox now due to the IE being always having security probs, I still use both myself tho, ist always nice to have a spare one cos a few years ago somthing corrupted mt IE and i couldnt repair it, so by having firefox I was able to search and download another IE.

The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customisable to suit your needs and no problems.

very fast,excellent pop up blocker,very good autofill for passwords,regularly updated.
