hi, someone left me negative feedback on ebay simply because I had left them neg feedback (they took forever to pay for item and ignored my messages to them). Ive left a reply to it in the feedback section but if people dont take the time to look they will just see 98% positive feedback which is crap. it used to be 100% and coz of one comment its gone down to 98. How do you build it back up and how long does it take? people wont trust me now

My safari and mail box keeps displaying messages and websites in diffent languages, some websites will load uo in english than a couple of second later change to a wierd language. it doesnt even use normal letters? can somebody help me please
