My safari and mail box keeps displaying messages and websites in diffent languages, some websites will load uo in english than a couple of second later change to a wierd language. it doesnt even use normal letters? can somebody help me please

Up in the top right of your screen - do you have a little flag? If it's not a UK flag click on it and change it.
This is for your keyboard layout and indicates what language you are using.
There's a strong chance you are pressing a key combination that changes what language keyboad you have (think it's like command shift space by default)
Go to your system preferences and look at "keyboard and mouse" and "international" and switch off anything that you think you may not need.
