i am not able to use internet from my comp. its asking me for pasword but its my personal comp, so howe do i erase the password?

If you know your password, you can log in and then change it. If you don't know your password, it is difficult. Why is your PC asking you for a password? At what stage? There is a BIOS set password which is asked each time you try to boot the system. If you have forgotten that, you need to open the casing and short the onboard battery. But all system configuration will also be lost. So, don't do it unless you can set up the configuration again. Take the help of some one more knowledgeable.
