What's the difference?
Which one do I need to do if I want to create my own website and want it to be on the internet?

Do I have to use a seperate web page designer software?
I'm already creating a website with a free trial of Web Page Maker.
Please, help???

Does any one knows proxy servers like kproxy.In my company blocked all the websites.

all the websites are block at my school and i can't get on myspace or youtube and i would always use proxy to get around the blocked site but now it does not work does anybody know another way to get around the block site or how to prevent something like proxy from being blocked?

I ended up making my own background and when I actually searched for other graphic, there were literally none that I could find. There has to be some cool ones out there somewhere.

Okay I heard through the grape vine that myspace was down or that Tom was working on something so alot of people cannot log in. But my sister is able to log in to her myspace at her house, so why can't i log in from mine??? Every other site works fine on my cpu but myspace! So I mean what is he doing? and how long will this little technical difficulty last???! Will someone please notify me when Tom is finished fixing this Myspace problem...

Anytime I want to stream a video or audio file it downloads. Having the download window popup all the time is getting rather annoying and it is prohibiting me from converting to Firefox. Is there a way to change this?

I was just wondering, how is data stored in cyberspace. I mean, there's no way that a website such as myspace has the capacity to store half a billion profiles that contain photos and music on its own hard drive. There must be Billions of megabites of info that needs to be stored for the internet to work..So how DO they store all that info?

Here are my main problems. The FIRST problem is that my internet is being extremely slow and I have high-speed internet. SECOND one is that it won't allow me to download anything off the internet. The THIRD one is that it won't allow me to watch any kind of video or listen to anykind of audio stuff (online radio, etc.) All of these are internet problems and I'm wondering how to fix them. Does anyone know what's wrong and how I fix these problems?
