her's the problem.,,, he is always downloading things and making my internet speed connection really slow,, i was wondering if is there any available software that can limit the rate, or speed of his downloads so i manage his speed limits ,, help wouuld be really aprecitate

i know i asked the same quesion earlier but the dang thing aint working!!!well i was on my name no problem!!!! and then my friend told me to go on hers i tried and it would never work hasnt worked sense!!!! it always say this page cannot be displayed if this has happened to any of you tell me what to do

Do companies keep track of thumb drives being inserted on the PC's? Sometimes I put an article from the internet on MS Word or an online book in pdf on a thumb drive to take to work... Do you think it's likely that the company can "see" what im doing? It's a fairly large company with an IT department.
