If you can't get your hands on some erythromycin, then before you go to bed, dab some plain WHITE toothpaste on the zit. Don't rub it in, dab it on to cover the blemish, let it dry before laying down to go to sleep. I mean it - only plain white paste, no gel, no Aquafresh, no Tom's of Maine either or anything like that. When you wake up in the morning, just wash it off and the zit will be gone!!

Go to the Beauty Section for this. I'm pretty sure you'll get more answers from there.
Have you tried Clean And Clear Advantage? Costs 11 bucks and you can get it at drug stores. It really makes a pimple go away, really fast. You should try it, even though it's expensive, it's worth your money.
Drink more water and eat more fruit too. Also washing once a day with facial soap helps too.

I've heard a variety of ways to get rid of pimples.. Drink plenty of water, wash a couple of times a day, and keep it moisturized but not oily. I've also heard to dab a little bit of toothpaste on it. I'm not sure if that works, but it couldn't hurt to try, right?

I dont think you need to change your diet due to one pimple if you already have clear skin. For a stubborn pimple, I use the toothpaste trick - just a dab of toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide in it, and it usually dries it right up.

I don't have pimples but I read in a girl's magazine once that you need to:
-Take a warm bath
-Cover your fingers with tissue
-Squeeze with your finger, not your nail
Rub baby oil after so you don't get any scars or stuff like that. Avoid chips, sodas, and stuff high in fat to protect from future pimples.

In my 30's I still get zits. A couple dabs of tea tree oil usually clears them up in a day or two if I don't touch them.

Stop touching it and peeling it with your hands. That would do.
