it depends on ur connection spred all u can do is pause the play and visit remaining work after some time see.

u can use videodownloader.net toget files down loaded in computer as flv and see them in vlc player

It's probably down to your connection speed and there isn't much you can do. What you will find is that the video will buffer, as its showing more information than your connection can handle at that time.
Would be good to know what type of connection you have.

its probably buffering. Check down at the bottom of the viewing and see if it says buffering.
