I am new to Ebay. I have created a paypal account. After i verify my Paypal account with my bank account, do I still have to have a credit card to make or receive payments on ebay? Or can I just transfer money from my bank account to my paypal account and from there to the seller's paypal?

It is often all of too easy to get any information you desire on most any one you want.
Do you have some one's SSN ? the amount they will get back in thier fed. return? and thier filing stats? if so you know when they get thier taxes.

do you want some one's SSN? if so it cost $38. and you will have thier name, number, employment, marital stats, SSN, address, and the names of all thier neighbors.

Sure this is helpful when we want to know what the ex is doing, but what if you are the ex?

do you think the Internet is a tool to hurt people?
are people misusing the internet and the information it provides?

These are 2 good websites on anybody else's computer....I have windows 98se and have installed all updates,added spybot.adwarese. and AVG...Tried many different settings in internet options, just 2 websites...ugh...installed java, tried mozilla browser still no luck with these 2 only,,,,,,,,anybody have an answer?????? ps have internet explorer 6 and spi tool and have repaird this too HELP.........

I have a labtop I got for a gift and I guess they bought it from someone else...anyway I was trying to connect it to the internet and it sent it back to the original owners log in...like the very first screen you see when you start it...Well, of course I don't know the original owners password nor does the person who got it for me....What are my options?
