What is the best blog sites?

I want to use it for text and graphic and photos, so I need something flexible but don't want to pay, if I can help it, and I don't want a lot of adverts...

Personally I like Xanga.com, Livejournal.com or Blogger.com

vox.com is a pretty good website. it's free and you can have text and video and pictures. the other websites that were mentioned in the first answer are really good as well.
