I need to respond to a vendor's e-mail within 15 seconds or someone else gets the job! What is the fastest way to get & resond to an e-mail.. Is Yahoo the fastest?? What I do now is set my Yahoo messenger to notify me when I receive an email and then immediately go to the email and try to "accept" the job but, even if that all takes only seconds... Somebody else is getting the job! How do I get the jump on everybody!! Please Help!!!!!!!!

at the bottom left side it will say opening page then around the middle it has the bars showing the page is loading it's gone i need it back how do i do this?

I am working on my Masters of Arts in English with an emphasis in Teaching Eng. to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). I am looking for people who would volunteer to email me their chat histories (from MSN, Yahoo!, AIM, IRC, GoogleChat, or any other chat program) and then print and (snail) mail a signed "informed consent" form.

Your name and the names of any people you chat with will be kept private. I will use direct quotes from your chats, but will do my best to mask private info. I will contact you for follow up questions as needed. This study could be submitted for publication in a scholarly journal.

Whenever I'm on job sites, etc, I try to ctrl+click to chose multiple items in a list, it freezes, and another IE browser pops up. I am trying to select several things and this is slowing down the process. What to do???
