Not that I know of - or only to the extent that Mozilla receives some funding (search revenue) from Google for incorporating the Google search field in the top right corner.

However last year Google did recruit one of the leading men who worked on the Mozilla firefox browser, which the influential silicon.com tech journal suggested may pave the way for Google to release its own browser in the future.

Update: ahh Byron's link story is more comprehensive than my own recollection of Google recruiting the firefox fella.

What made you ask this question ! Basically Google taskbar plugins are circulated with almost all application now. Its a matter of ease of use. In that scence they do have a tie up.
