You will need a good HTML editor, NVU.com has a free one or you can get dreamweaver or frontpage
⺠For free hosting, try google pages (pages.google.com) or yahoo geocities,
its sort of free hosting, but you are limited to a subdomain on googlepages & geo has ads on your website - otherwise I would use http://www.interkeys.com/tophosts to get one for a few bucks a month with 500 GIG bandwidth and the rich with features
its up to you how developed a site you want and if you want to use your own domain name

There's lots of places. . . .There's Geocities http://www.geocities.com I use Bravenet . . They have no ads or anything. http://www.bravenet.com If your not into the HTML stuff, then i suggest creating an account with Tripod. http://www.tripod.com After you create an account with Tripod, you can use their online page builder, or you can go download their other program called Trellix: http://members.cox.net/kcwebster/trellixhelp/trellixweb2_6.htm Hope this helps
