can't send my html file why?

How are you trying to send it? I have no problem sending HTML attachments with Yahoo.

In Yahoo Mail, click Options, General Preferences.
Look for the box to check which allows you to send mail as HTML or text.
select HTML

Whenever you go to attach it to the email, just select the .html file. Or you might be able to copy and paste the hTML code, then paste it into a new email but only send it as regular email and not an .html email. If worse comes to worse, zip the file then attach the zipped html file to the email.
