log in to ur myspace and go to account seeting and selecte the tab which says cancel account.

Go to your homepage thing
Go to edit profile
Go to account settings at the top right corner (listed with 3 other things)
Go to cancel account

Enter change Account settings, and choose cancel account.

Go to Account Settings, click cancel account, and it will send an e-mail to you, then it will tell you from there.
