ugh.. so i keep hearing ads on my computer.. like pop ups i guess, but theyre no where to be found! and they wont stop.. i cant do n ething, listen to music or n e thing.. even wen i go into task manager they arnt there either.. WHERE IS IT COMING FROM!!!

Tom's Myspace editor used to allow me to have a transparent table background(for example, the table background would be black but transparent so you could see the actual background) and allow my text to show up completely without going transparent with the table background...But his new version (v4.4 = gay) does not allow me to do this without making my text transparent also(and harder to read). Is there any editor that will allow me to do my layout the way i used to be able to???

When ever I try to enter hi5 site (directly or through), internet explorer says
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
but i'm connected to the internet, there is no problem. what else could be the reason?

IP address good. Can ping www.google.com. But both Firefox and IE are unable to connect to http sites. I've got IM programs working, they use internet, but it seems only the browsers have problems. Help?

I think the question is pretty self explanitory,

The reason I am asking is because I am seriously having issues with my Yahoo! mail.
It just tells me :

"Sorry for the inconvenience.
You've stumbled upon a temporary problem we're having with Yahoo! Mail. Usually this problem gets resolved quickly, without you doing a thing. In fact it may be taken care of now.

Try pressing the Reload or Refresh button on your browser, or logging out than back into your Yahoo! account. Hopefully that will take care of things.

It has been this way for the past 4 days,
It allows me to get into my other e-mails under different
Y! ID.'s but not under my main ID.

Any idea why this is?
And how I can "fix" it?

I currently have Comcast High Speed Internet. But Verizon DSL just came out for my area (brand new community) and I can get the DSL for my townhouse. I pay $42.95/month right now for Comcast's internet and I am not impressed. I am constantly having problems with it and they can never help me fix them. With Verizon DSL, I can get more than 3.0Mpbs in speeds and its only 29.99/month. I have DSL in Hilton Head, SC and it is alot faster than a cable modem.

What do you think the better deal is? I can't keep having service people from Comcast come out and fix this when DSL, I rarely have a problem with it. I am a college student so if this helps any, please include that!
