I didn't get any answers the last time, so I'll ask again. Everytime I type in a web address in the address bar, my computer gives me a message that says "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem, and needs to close...". How can I get this to stop?

Sounds like you have something on your computer that isn't suppose to be there. Try running your anti-virus scan and a spy-ware scan. Download spy-ware doctor and run that also. Restart your computer when all your scans are done. In the future make sure your anti-virus program stays on and updated especially when you're on the Internet. Let me know if this helps or not we might have to restore your computer to an earlier time when it wasn't having problems. Good luck!

You can find a different Web browser such as Firefox to use. Get on a different computer and download the browser to a floppy disk or burn it to a CD. Then either use that browser, or you can download the latest Internet explorer.
