Using a Gift Card online at Walmart.com is simple. Just find a product that you would like to purchase and place it in your cart. When you check out, you will be given the option to pay for your order or a portion of your order with a Wal-Mart Gift Card. Simply click "Use a Wal-Mart Gift Card," and enter your card number and PIN. Your card balance will be automatically applied to your order total.
If your order total is less than the amount on your Gift Card, the remaining amount will be available on your card for future purchases. If your order total is more than the amount on your Gift Card, you will need to pay for the balance with additional Gift Cards or a credit card.

Yes, but read the online store's credit card policy. Some may not accept the gift card as payment even if they accept VISA. Try it and find out. If you can, it will let you order(shop & pay) and if not...it won't. Its as simple as that. You could always call Walmart and ask. Is there an 800 number on the card for custmer service?

There should be a way for them to deduct money from your card by using the number on the back, but you'll have to wait until you see the payment option area on the site, I suppose.
