im tryin to get the pics out of my camera onto the computer, i plug my USB cord into the computer and then i turn on my camera, and nothing happens...am i doing something wrong...PLZ HELP

You might have to download some software. If it does not work there is always a place for troubleshooting. Make sure your plug is all the way in. You might want to restart your computer if you just installed software. Hope this helps!!

Ok if you have a CD that came with your camera install it, do what the directions say. And try putting you USB in it. If you have already installed it make sure the camera is turned on.
OR could take a long time till a popup occurs about the camera. If its still not working ask anyone you know that does and let them install it.

you may need to install software or manually search for the usb software and install. their should have been a disk or the usb should install the software.
