I can't get on google or gmail, I have been having internet problems since yesterday ... its been really slow, but all the other sites are working just fine.. .i'm assuming their is a lot of web traffic since students are home for thanksgiving....

Yesterday I clicked to open the Yahoo toolbox so I could tell when I get a new email. It automatically changed my homepage to Yahoo and I want to change it back to my original El Dorado County employee home page.

Long sotry short, I have Widnows XP so I just switched accounts with a different user on my computer because for some reason the sound works on one account but not the other anyway I want it to look authentic so I was wondering how do you delete the websites that you have gone to (I'm not talking from the histroy, I'm talking about the ones that appear on the website address bar thingy that pops down and shows you all the places you have searched)

I work for a Non-Profit in North Carolina. I am an hourly paid employee with no benefits other than occasional overtime. This year we held an event that was out of town. I was required to drive 4.30 one way to work the event and the same time to drive back for a total of 9 hours spent traveling. My employer called me on my way home to tell me the office would be closed the next day and it was an mandatory non-paid day off. I had planned to work the next day and was shocked at the new information. When I returned to work I read in the policy that the day was in fact optional and I could have work but my employer refused to pay me for the day off...so I lost $120.00. The same day my employeer refused to pay me for the time spent on travel but stated he would reimburse mileage. He later came back and said since he was mistaken about the day off he would leave my time as it was and just call it an even wash. I disagreed because I still lost money.

i have got a virus in my internet explorer 6.0; and it does not allow me to browse any other site than its own site that suggests me to download some spyware software... so i was thinking of uninstalling the current version of the internet explorer and then download it again... is it possible..; if, then how do i do it..?

For a few days on my work computer I had the ability to do tabbed browsing with Explorer 6.0 (like Mozilla Firefox has). Now it's gone. How can I get it back? Anyone know? (ps--I had the ability after someone else used my computer--they don't know how they changed the settings, so they're no help). Thank you!
