Yes. Someone is spoofing your ID address (ie effectively using it as the reply to address) when they are sending spam e-mails.

* Your email id might be in use by some one else and who might be sending spam - out of which certain mails are undelivered
* You need to contact your Internet service provider
* You have not mentioned which email you are using (POP3 or webbased email ids) You need to check the properties

I have the same problem. As far as I can discover it results from my blocked senders list. These spams are being returned to sender but as well as that I receive a undelivered notification.

someone out there has your email address in their address book and they have a virus....the virus is tricky, it picks a special address to be the Sender and inserts that address (yours this time) into the To: field and sends out itself to others.....your email address is being "spoofed" therefore when this virus gets sent to email servers that have antivirus protection on them and scans the offending email...it says "hey you are a virus go back to where you came from" the lucky person with the email address that is in the To: field then gets the undeliverable emails to their inbox even though they never sent it in the first place...
it will work its way out just give it time

You may be a bot. Run a spyware check. Once you've cleaned up, install a firewall.

You got spammed.
I would suggest deleting the account, and creating a new address.
