Its spyware/ virus - Norton's Antivirus caught it before it got on my PC.Get a good spyware prevent it and a good antivirus to prevent others.
Also watch when you get things like google earth and media players like quicktime because they all try to slip extra toolbars on you and all of them track your searches, shopping habits and such.
Always read the page before you click download.
