i know it is kinda stupid but i don't get it.
can someone please tell me the steps

Get combination number, 3 turns to the right, stop on first number, two turns to the left, stop on second number, one turn to the right, stop on third number. Pull on lock, door or hasp.

Well, it depends on what type of locker you have. If it has a combination lock, put in the combination and then pull to open. If it uses a key, put the key in and turn it to unlock it. Then remove the lock (if needed) and open the locker.

Try using the combination and lifting the handle.
It's generally easier if you put your cell phone down, put out your crack pipe, pull up your panties and open your eyes. Good luck!
