i have pop up blockers and anti spy but i keep getting pop ups! how do i stop it?

I'd say to download Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. It helps prevent pop up ads and protects your computer to a certain extent better than IE would. Be on the look out for certain sites you are visiting that have excess pop up ads, try and block those sites using your TOOLS in your toolbar of Mozilla Firefox, and Options. Good luck!♥
