Internet problem?

When i get on the internet now my font is HUGE.I don't know i got it like that and i don't know how to get it off!!!
It is so frustrating!!

Check your preferences file, which (in the case of Firefox at least) will allow you to change your preferred font and size for viewing pages.

In the lower right corner, you will see a magnifying glass with a percentage. It is the "Change Zoom Level" setting. Adjust it to what you want.

Go to View - Text size and put it to normal
or
Hold CTRL and scroll the mouse.
