Internet - October 2006

Our common computer in the office is currently using Mozilla and everytime we open a web page, another window from Internet Explorer opens up with this annoying foreign language web page. And this particular site is saved in the c drive. C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Pictures\about.Brontok.A.html
Why is this happening and how can we stop this? Please help, this is really getting very irritating. Thanks in advance for your answers.

I have a domain name and pay for hosting service. I thought of a better domain name and it is available. My current domain is up for renewal in 2007, but I don't think I'll renew it. After I purchase my new domain, what are the steps for pointing my current host provider to the new domain, so that the transaction will go smoothly?

These emails always include some rambleing words within the body of the mail. They also use address and names that are or appear to be stolen or copyed from a ligitiment company. They never ues the same address.
How can I stop them...How can I track them down...as to spam them back or something?

I use microsoft Outlook.

Every time I try to IM somebody a window comes up saying there is a script error. I click "yes" then another window comes up saying the same thing so i click "yes" again. The Messenger window comes up but i cannot read anything that is being IM'd and i can't figure out how to fix it. I read that someone else had that same problem and i did what it said but it didn't work by disabling the script errors. and none of my plugins work. i can't listen to the radio it just won't work.

It still doesn't work and i still don't know what to do.
PLEASE HELP ME.......!!!

After searching for and puchasing a pair of tickets to the Aerosmith show, I am now blocked from ticketmaster.com. I did look about 50 times or so for the best tickets. One web site said I would have access again in 12-48 hours. The other said NEVER. Anyone here on yahoo have a similar experience and how did it get resolved???

We use a Netgear device to track Internet activity but someone in the house uses a laptop and when I have viewed the laptop history it doesn't match the History collected on the netgear. It seems they are connecting to the Internet without it tracking the information. Is this possible and is there a way to figure out the correct/complete history on the laptop. It is very suspicious to me because this person use to view Porn on the computer and that is why the Netgear device was installed with blocking of these sites and email notifications. I want to know where to find the detailed Internet history on this laptop. I forgot to mention the person using the laptop is very technical and has a high degree of computer knowledge. I do not.
