You're kidding right?

If not..... here's what you do.

1. Buy a fairly large office block
2. Get a few high-bandwidth optical fibers from your nearest telephone central office.
3. Pay for them to upgrade their bandwidht as well.
4. Purchase a few thousand servers with multiple terabyte drives.
5. Write some software to scan every computer connected to the Internet, possibly by starting with every single IP address and copy all of that information to the servers in your building. You many need to upgrade your storage facility to accomplish this.
6. Repeat this process every hour as the Internet is growing constantly.
7. figure out what it might be that you would want to do with all of this information.

Are you really serious?? ROFL. Download the internet? Well, you can start by asking yahoo or google for their datacenters on a loan. That would be a nice place to start.

On a serious note, you can not download the internet. Period. Yahoo hasn't been able to visit all the pages. So has google. That is just visit and index. And you are talking about downloading. With people putting up pages all the time. And stuff like the darknet that even the big search engines don't index. Well, what you want is not possible, atleast as of now.

Buy Adobe acrobat pro 7. That can download whole sites. Note that a humongous amount of RAM is required.
