There was a message from 360° about this. I've tried looking but can't find it. I know it gave instructions to select something in Control Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices, but I'm damned if I can remember what! Maybe this will jog someone else's memory.
Mine was clicking like bloody hell when I first joined Yahoo - drives you mad doesn't it!

Sounds like a pop up block continuely blocking pop ups from a certain site, sites like these arent worth brousing I'd reccomend closing the window thats causing it.

Depends on what controls were running on the site, and what your security/firewall settings are. If you leave yourself vulnerable, web sites can do all kinds of things.
(For example, in the old days of AOL, anyone who typed A: in a chat room would spin the floppy drive of everyone in the room.)

Don't panic! nothing to worry about!
It is the default Windows sound for a link or loading sound.

It is normal, if you are getting very annoyed with it, go into control panel on your computer and click on Sounds. If you need anymore help, visit the Windows help topics on your computer!!

Hope I helped ya!

If the sound is coming from the computer itself and not the speakers then it's probably the hard drive(the place where your data is stored). If it is coming from your speakers then check your sound properties. If it is the hard drive, back it up asap and get a new one.
