Our common computer in the office is currently using Mozilla and everytime we open a web page, another window from Internet Explorer opens up with this annoying foreign language web page. And this particular site is saved in the c drive. C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Pictures\about.Brontok.A.html
Why is this happening and how can we stop this? Please help, this is really getting very irritating. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hi!
This seems to be some sort of browser hijack. Try Start>Run>msconfig and then start up. See what programs are starting and disable the one that should not be there!
Warning: some programs might be needed at start up.
Idea 2: run some anti-spyware.

I hope I've been of service!

sounds like a virus! i've searched it on my mcaffee security system. but no record of it. i found other ones with similarity to the name but not the exact one your looking for.

try doing a scan on your system. if it's a spyware it wont detect it as a virus, so you might need to install a anti-spyware.
