iTunes is your best bet then again it's not technically a web site. Are you talking about buying music or watching videos or streaming music??
For buying songs iTunes, for watching videos there's a lot of choices i usually pop by the artists own website for streaming music i'd say www.partyradio.ca but i think they were bought out by a radio station. Most stations stream commercial free music iTunes has streaming free music as does Media Player and RealPlayer.
