I'm trying to activate my account but I had forgotten that I already had an account with PayPal with the bank account that I'm trying use to set up another account. The problem is, I can't use the same bank account twice to open another paypal account and the other existing account is so old and I don't even remember the e-mail or the pwd I used for that account! What should I do? Who can help me with this problem?

On my computer recently when I click on certain web sites or things or try to type in certain web sites in the address bar it will bring up a dell web page instead and wont let me go to that wesite. Like when I try to go to pcmag.com it wont let me, it bringings up the dell site. This just started and it is very frustrating. I contacted tech support and they said nothing to be concerned about but I dont believe that. This shouldnt be happening. I have an panda antivirus installed on pc., so I have protection. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be and how to fix it? help would be appreciated. thanks all.

I want to make all my big bulky pictures into thumbnails. But also I want to have them scrolling like using the marquee code. And when you hover over the thumbnails I would like to see the original size view for that picture. Can anybody help me?? I'd prefer html over java.

hey, today i just turned on my wifi connection, cause i didnt really understand that it could coonect to local networks that i dont have to subscribe to. So today i turned th switch on in my laptop and it said that it found an open network, so i connected to it and i was able to surf the web wirelessly!!!.
I just dont know how this is possible? Is it okay to do? Does the other person with the original network know that i am using his or her network? Can he or she hack into my computer by me connecting to their network? What is the fine is this is illegal?
How can i go undetected if this is illegal? Is it safe to do this?

please reply to my questions and maybe some info that i might find useful.

ok i seen this really nice bay on e-bag for only £4.99! The thing is im worried about giving my details and then they take money from me and i dont get the product.... also i dont want there to be any hidden costs either because like there wre things on it for only £0.02 and ending bid time was like only 10 mins. Is it morally wrong to borrow somebody elses wireless connection if they haven't encrypted it? It seems to me that they are just sharing the love. I have had some serious abuse from some bitter people who seem to think that I am a theif! Whatever happen to free love man? I believe that the wealth of the internet should be shared and not jelously guarded. I would love some answers as I have been taken aback by the response to some of my previous questions.
