I'm trying to activate my account but I had forgotten that I already had an account with PayPal with the bank account that I'm trying use to set up another account. The problem is, I can't use the same bank account twice to open another paypal account and the other existing account is so old and I don't even remember the e-mail or the pwd I used for that account! What should I do? Who can help me with this problem?

screwed up with one account and want to open new one? you just have to open new bank account no way around it, unless you could go into your old account(which is probably limited) and you can't remove anything, and removed your bank account from there.
p.s. forgot e-mail, forgot password, happens to me often, now I know that at least I'm not the only one :) also visit www.paypalsucks.com

Go to the PayPal site and click on Help. Most questions are answered there, and if they are not, there is a link to contact PayPal. Their Customer Service is pretty good and I'm sure you are not alone in forgetting the details of an old PayPal account.
Provided you can give them sufficient proof when they ask for it (NOT before) that the old account you are trying to access (in order to delete) belongs to you, I am sure that it can be sorted.

Open a new checking account and just update your current Pay Pal account to the new checking account. There is free checking using Washington Mutual and does not cost anything other than checks to open one.
