i only asked how you could put family pictures as a slide show on my daughters bebo flash box and i got an email from yahoo saying i was in violation i sent an email back three days ago and still have no explanation

Someone probably reported you, deserved or not, and in this instance certainly not....but there are certainly some juvenile sophomoric people around here that would do if for whatever reason they want.
It's my understanding that it's an automated type system & not often does a live person even glance at the reports or contested responses. I wouldn't let this bother you at all because I've seen people bragging around here about how many violations they've got & they're hoping to get more.
Needless to say, I don't understand them either.
Anyway, don't let this get to you & if someone really does answer you then be pleasantly surprised.

I don't believe anyone is out to do you harm, its just that when one mentions daughter's picture on a slideshow and then the word flash in there.......I am assuming someone may have thought there was some sort of decency/ ethics issue here.
