Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is the same thing as a website address, or web address.
TO PUT IMAGES ON MYSPACE:
Use photobucket to upload your pictures from your computer to the internet. Its fast,easy and FREE. Next, copy the "tag" code next to the picture you uploaded. Go to your myspace in edit mode and paste the code.
Note: when you delete pictures from your photobucket account, it will delete them from wherever you paste them on the net.

URL code is a way of adding non-standard characters to a plain text web address. See link.
As to putting them on myspace, someone else will have to answer that. You won't catch me anywhere near that malware pit.
