I've made the website and im at the copy website part and in the connect thing I don't know what to put. For server im pretty sure you have to put in your ip address and in port i think you put 21 but please tell me where i get the username or the password and what directory is.

every time I try to send an email, I get "error" pop ups that prevent my sending, but I can receive mail!! I cannot communicate with my newly married son and his wife who live in Maine, on an island, with no phone! I am new on the computer and I am sure I have done something wrong trying to get set up, whatever it is I can't seem to get it un-done and I feel "stuck"!!

I have twice now attempted to downlaod IE7 form Microsoft, I have disabled my anti-virus, security, spy-ware etc prior to downlaod as instructed. But each time the programme is faulty - the minimise/restore/close buttons don't work, the windows fragment, and it is not possible to close from the tab in the taskbar. The only way I have been able to close the connection if to switch of PC with it open and then do a system restoreto get IE6 back.
Has anybody had similar problems or know what I am doing wrong? Or how to fix it? And is IE7 actually worth the effort?

What's the comment to open a link in a new tab rather than a new window? Is there one?
For example Target="_new" opens a new window.

everywhere you go on the internet they ask for a credit card number and if you dont have one you cann't do

( Without having to Install the "My Web Search" toolbar with it ) ????

The toolbar is a nuisance and wants to take over Browsing and searching capabilities.

Everyday, I get pop-up windows that advertise free items like laptop PC's, Apple iPods, etc. You click the window and then you are led to fill out a bunch of info and then supposedly for your input, you are sent a free expensive prize. I smell a big ole scam here. What do you say and did you ever "win" anything from these pop-ups? I usually just click the X but sometimes they don't give up and keep flashing for my attention. I even have the pop-up blocker on in the browser
