I've made the website and im at the copy website part and in the connect thing I don't know what to put. For server im pretty sure you have to put in your ip address and in port i think you put 21 but please tell me where i get the username or the password and what directory is.

It's asking you for the information of the place you're hosting your site. More than likely you're NOT putting it on your own computer for people to surf to from the internet.
If you don't already have a host - get one.
Paid - I hear Dreamhost is the best, and godaddy is the best place to get a domain name.
If you're going the free route...
http://Netfirms.com is decent, but http://Angelfire.com is better IF, and only IF you have the code that nullifies their ads. I have it, let me know if you want it.
Feel free to look around for free hosts - there are sites that compare them - http://www.free-webhosts.com/ being one of them.
As for free domains - they don't exist on their own any more. You can get a short address from places like http://v3.com or http://bravenet.com
